A while back I had a very small issue with my Bang & Olufsen earphones. Some wire was loose, very minor. I sent them in to get replaced, and there was some communication problems. It was no big deal, not the fault of anyone in particular, just something that happens during interactions with people. 

Point being: James Smith at the Chicago Bang & Olufsen store delivered me the best customer service I have ever had. EVER. He took care of my problem, constantly made sure I was happy, took care of every whim I could think of, and even sent me a card after the whole thing was taken care of.

So, I encourage you to go to the B&O store on State St. in Chicago for your next B&O purchase. I know I will.
